Rewired and Renewed

On paper, my life looked like success: high school valedictorian, college graduate, President’s Club sales rep closing multi-million-dollar projects, professional natural bodybuilder, husband, and father.

But inside, I felt like it was all a house of cards. I could externalize discipline and achievement, yet internally I was wrestling with binge eating, impulsive spending, and p*rn use—patterns that spiraled into internet addiction and cyber s*x that nearly cost me everything I loved.

From that dark place, I was forced to confront my own brain and the cycles of overwhelm that kept me stuck.

That journey led me to an ADHD diagnosis. Instead of seeing it as a limitation, I began obsessing (in the best way) about how my brain worked. What I discovered created clarity for how to turn it on at will.

Over the next five years, I:

  • Cleared $60K of bad debt.

  • Lost 60 lbs of fat sustainably.

  • Reclaimed my marriage and welcomed our second daughter.

  • Increased my capacity for inspired work without the burnout.

In my darkest moments healing from p*rn addiction, alcohol abuse, infidelity in my marriage, binge eating, and impulsive spending I knew this wasn’t just for me.

I had a vision: others would benefit from the tools, frameworks, and rituals that helped me climb out of my lowest point.

Underlying all of my addiction was glimpses into the super powers for performance and focus, my ADHD. What was part of my struggle was also my greatest asset.

Once I learned how to work WITH my ADHD brain I was able to go back to see what worked in my moments of brilliance and what was flawed in my greatest moments of distraction and dysregulation.

Since then, I’ve worked with over 200 ADHD professionals—men and women—through their own breakthroughs. Together we’ve built:

  • More meaningful connection to their work.

  • More presence in their homes.

  • More clarity and focus in how they show up in the world.

Here’s what I believe: messy action is still action.

Freedom from shame is possible.

Structure is not a prison—it’s a way to protect your capacity.

The same breakthroughs I’ve seen in my life and in my clients’ lives are available to you.

If you commit to this work with me, we won’t just manage your ADHD. We’ll unlock the unique wiring of your brain so you can live in alignment, build capacity without collapse, and change the world starting with your world.
